"Support got back to me really quickly"
I had a small issue with my account the other day, nothing major, but it was one of those little things that bugs you when you're trying to get stuff done. I sent a message to support and expected to wait a while, maybe until the next day. They actually replied the same day with a clear answer, and the issue was fixed fast. I was checking it while drinking my coffee, so it was nice to have it sorted before I forgot about it. Really happy with the whole experience

"Actually not worth the price"
I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. I was expecting a lot more, but actually, it ended up being disappointing.

"Leila actually makes Excel make sense"
Leila explains things really clearly, which was a nice change. I finally understood Excel formulas without feeling like I needed to decode some ancient mystery, so that was refreshing.

"Clear, practical lessons"
I’ve taken a couple of courses on XelPlus now, and overall I’ve been really happy with them. The lessons are clear and easy to follow without a bunch of unnecessary filler, which I appreciate. The real-world examples were probably my favorite part because I could actually use some of the tips at work right away. A few sections took me a second watch to fully get, but that’s not a big deal and kind of expected with this kind of material. Definitely worth it for me.

"Helpful tips, but not quite enough for me"
There were definitely a few tips I found useful, and I did pick up some good ideas. But a lot of it just didn’t feel very practical for my situation. It wasn’t bad at all, just not EVERYTHING I was hoping for.
